Numerology Calculation - A Simple Way To
Calculate Your Numerology Numbers
Numerology calculation is
actually easier than most people think and it doesn't really take much time
to calculate a specific numerology number. In a typical numerology chart you
would perform a numerology calculation for various numbers, such as the life
path number, the birth day number, the soul urge number, the expression
number... and there are many others.
This may sound complicated at the beginning, because there are so many
numbers, but the way the calculation is done is always the same. For some
numbers you will need your birth date, for others you need only your name,
some numbers take the vowels in your name into account, others don't... So,
the rules for each number may change slightly, but the way the numerology
calculation is done is always the same.
As an example, let's have a look at the numerology calculation of the
expression number:
This Number is calculated from the letters in your full name. Simply write
down your name (with your first name and middle names - as stated on your
birth certificate) and put the corresponding numbers under each letter.
The corresponding number for the letter A is 1, B = 2, C = 3, D = 4… I = 9,
J = 1, K = 2 and so on. Once you arrive at the number 9, you start all over
with the number 1 for the next letter. For example, the letter I corresponds
with the number 9 and the following letter J corresponds with the number 1.
Then you add the numerical value of the letters in your first name and
reduce the result to a single digit number. Master numbers (11 and 22) are
not reduced.
For example, for someone with the first name: Bob, we would get 2 + 6 + 2 =
10 = 1 + 0 = 1 - so, the name Bob is represented by the number 1.
Do the same with your last name and with your middle names (if you have
any). Finally, add the single digits (or the master numbers 11 and 22) of
your first-, last- and middle names and again, reduce the result to a single
digit (and again, the master numbers 11 and 22 are not reduced).
